I am a Registered Dietitian passionate about food, faith and helping you with food and faith. My own health makeover 6 years ago prompted me to pursue a career as a dietitian so that I would be equipped to help others with their own health makeover.

I get to work with the greatest health and nutrition company in the world. They have been promote health and physical fitness for over 30 years.

Fun facts!

• I live with my cat, Loki. The cutest thing to ever live. He enjoys most people, except my boyfriend. 
• I'm a news junkie. I enjoy being an educated constituent.
• I love the Indianapolis Colts and they will soldier on without Peyton Manning.
• The Apprentice is my favorite reality show.
